About Me

MFA graduate from Academy of Art University currently looking for opportunities in 3D look development and lighting.
Resume below!

My joy is bringing to life new imaginative, uplifting, and diverse characters, environments, and stories through my work as a look development and lighting artist. The moment when the team sees a lambert gray set transformed into a colorful render — the moment when the audience sees the shot and thinks, “Whoa, if I could be there—!” — those are the moments I’m after.

I discovered 3D art and animation during undergrad at UC Berkeley, where I taught the amazing student-led 3D Modeling and Animation course. It was through working on a multitude of student projects there that I developed a passion not only for the work of a lookdev artist, but also for the collaboration and teamwork that goes on behind the (very literal) scenes. In the 2020-2021 academic year, I staffed the CNM 190: Advanced Digital Animation course taught by Prof. Dan Garcia.

Afterwards, I began pursuing a VFX Lookdev and Lighting Master’s degree at the Academy of Art University. While there, I took on the role of a Lookdev and Lighting Lead at the Academy’s StudioX. Thanks to the incredible program and instructors, I have been able to grow as an artist, hone my skills, and work on a variety of CG and live-action productions.

In my free time, I can be found playing social deduction board games with friends, trying new bubble teas, and thinking about how cool magical girls are.
